Tuition payments only partially meet school expenses and instructional costs. Our school depends on parish subsidies, fund-raising and grants, as well as tuition. There is a mandatory fundraising fee of $400.00 per family. The fundraising year is from May 1st through April 30th.

Gift Cards

When you buy selected gift cards from Sacred Heart School, you can earn money towards your fundraising goals, just by making your regular household purchases. But instead of paying with cash or credit, you use prepaid gift cards from America’s favorite and most trusted retailers. Whether you buy them for yourself or to give away as gifts, you simply pay the value of the card and the school gets a percentage of the value (see lists for percentage). There are some cards available anytime at the rectory, or a larger list of cards that are ordered monthly.

Market Day

September 12th - 30th
Market Day is a fundraiser that offers a huge variety of food items for sale. Order forms are sent home, or you can order online. The food will be delivered to the school once a month for pick-up and a portion of your sale will be go to the school as part of your mandatory fundraising goals. Innisbrook

September 12th - 30th
Innisbrook is a company that provides wrapping paper, gift bags, candy, etc. This fundraiser runs at the beginning of each school year.

Entertainment Books

September 12th -October 19th
The Entertainment Book is filled with hundreds of 50% off and 2-for-1 coupons for your area on the things you do everyday like: dining, groceries, shopping, movie tickets, services, travel, attractions, and more. These coupon books are super easy to sell and people enjoy saving money while supporting a good cause. The average Entertainment Book consumer saves $170 and uses 30 coupons in one year!

October 5th - 21st
Families love saving with hundreds of valuable coupons at their favorite places to SHOP, PLAY, and EAT! These coupon books sell themselves – especially to people with kids in their families.

All proceeds will go to the school, but these sales do NOT count toward your mandatory fundraising goal.
